Special Thanks to the Students at Bucknell University
The Donald L. Heiter Community center would like to give a special thanks to the students at Bucknell University for their continued support. The Students help provide supervision during programs, teach classes, participate in events, volunteer, plan fund raising drives, and much more. Recently P.S.E.A. and Tau Kappa Epsilon raised nearly $500 as part of their service. Andrea Tufo Executive Director of the Heiter Center stated that "with out Bucknell Students the Center would not survive" "the students never cease to amaze me with there dedication to this community." Last year the Heiter Center served over 3,500 community members mostly from Union, Snyder and Northumberland counties, hosted over 250 volunteers who logged more the 17,000 hours of service.
